V: Decent but slightly spazzy player. I recall one hand a while ago I had AQ and it was blind vs blind and I 3b him pf. Board was AJ5, and he c/r me on the flop which I called. Turn Q he shoved and I called and he had JQ. Other than that he's sort of a passive player but occasionally finds a way to do something like that.
H: opened a few hands already, only about 45 min into session.
H dealt K
Q
in HJ ($300), V covers. Folds to me I raise to $13, V calls, BB calls.
Flop $42: K
K
7
BB check, H bets $14, V raises to $42, BB folds, I call.
I think he's getting a good price on a raise to take it down and can have a pretty wide range. This is the kind of move he's prone to make but not sure about his propensity to do this three ways.
Turn $125: T
Check check
He's either chickened out, has a draw and is trying to have a free card, or already has a full house imo. His chicken out range can have some Tx in it.
River $125: 3
I bet $67, V goes all in for $175 more.
I bet for value because I was scared it would check through and I didn't want to give him an easy time with KJ, K9, Tx, but in retrospect I think I like a x/c better. At the time I thought he could hero because my line looks kind of weak and the front door hearts missed. I also didn't think he would fire river as a bluff but I'm not solid on that read.
As played do we fold to this raise? V has shown some capacity to randomly spaz but I'm not beating much value either.
