This isn't crazy, but if you're only betting turn and river you should size in a way that allows you to gii. $80 turn and $160 river are each half pot bets, and hard to imagine they only get called half as often as $40 turn and $90 river. If you want to make a small $40 bet, do it on the flop so you have two more streets to play with. As played you left her $110 when you easily could have gotten stacks in.
