1/3 nl game last night. I've only been at the table for around half an hour to 45 minutes.

No real reads on villians, they haven't really played many hands. Villan 2 seemed a straight forward player, villian 1 I can't remember him playing a hand since I sat down...might have limped in and folded to a raise pf or otf.

I've kinda been on a rush since I sat down, won some small pots but haven't shown down many yet, but when I did, it was good hands.

Effective stacks ~$250

2 limpers in front and I make it $25 to go with KQ. Three callers everyone else folds.

(Pot ~ $80) - flop - T82

Hero bets $40 - all call (after a bit of thought)

(Pot ~ $120) - turn - K

Hero bets $80 - villian 1 calls, villian two tanks a bit and calls.

(Pot ~ $360) - river - 8

Hero ?

All during the hand after the flop, I kept saying in my head, no board pairs and please don't let another diamond fall.

I basically put them both on the same hand, either holding the A, a set or a straight draw. I honestly figured that they had put me on the flush, but after the hand villian 2 said he put me on a set.

So, you have like 1/3 the size of the pot left? Just shove. I think I'd have just potted the flop and shoved the turn. Pot was big enough.

Definitely bet more on this multi-way flop...at least 3/4 pot. Then easy shove on the turn.

First off you got the pot size wrong, pf=$80 + $160 otf= $240. Just shove turn u have less then a PSB. Personally I like your flop as your not trying to push people out and it sets up an easy shove ott and maybe looks like your trying to protect an overpair.

pre, you make it 25, three callers = $100.
make it 50-60 otf, pot $250-280
shove turn and done

ez game. pot* pot end. as played shove scoop tip.
* or any amount that gets you all-in on the turn. whiffed draws don't pay off on the river.

I swear I went over this 3 or 4 times to make sure it all added up, but I was tired.

Yeah, only 2 callers, I was third to act, and I got the turn pot size wrong.

Not sure why I didn't shove the turn, I had planned on getting it all in on the river, but I think I miscalculated due to the 3rd caller continuing to the end.

After I had typed it all out, I had come to the same conclusion, shove on the turn, however, I'm not sure either one would have called a shove there. Maybe if I had bet bigger on the flop.

Thanks folks.

Villian 2 had AK and villian 1 mucked, but I suspect he was drawing to a straight.

This. Learn to plan out how you will bet given stack sizes. It's difficult but it will improve your game a lot.
