Raising to 90 is overkill imo. The 15 straddle effectively makes 100bbs in this game 20bbs, I don't think you should be raising 6x in a spot like this, it becomes more similar to tourney really. Maybe a raise to 40-45 is better but I felt like button would be folding more often due to my super tight image so decided to raise to 35. I think 40 should be the standard raise here though.
You have zero fold equity pre by min-raising to $35. You are putting in more money into a pot pre with no fold equity and 5 high.
Cash is not tourney. Raising 2.2x with two limpers ahead of you is not something that works in cash. I find it dubious that it even works in tourneys. But i dont play tourneys so maybe im wrong.
And min-raising pre doesnt keep your range uncapped. If anything it’s capping your range since your raise is exactly what it looks like, a pot sweetener. If you’re trying to transition to cash from toruney, a lot of tourney concepts/bet sizings/etc get thrown out the window
Exploitatively you want to raise huge here to just take down the dead money with 5 high. bloating a pot with no FE pre so that you end up with SPR 5 with 5-high 3-way is lighting money on fire.
Or overlimp pre.
Not sure why we are 2x overshoving turn...? It looks like about $220 in pot with $550 behind
