APPRECIATE FEEDBACK ON MY TURN PLAY HERE

Villain in this hand is a winning LAG. He's too loose preflop (both raising and calling) but he plays well enough postflop to beat what is a pretty soft game. Good hand reader, applies a lot of pressure postflop and creates a lot of big pots. Not afraid to be on the wrong side of them, maybe a little too much gamble in him. He's typically a PLO player and is accustomed to playing deeper/bigger than he is now.

We're playing $1/$3 ROE. I'm ass at PLO but a) most everyone else is too and b) most everyone else can't slow back down appropriately for the round of NLH and that's why I'm here. This hand is NLH.

Eight handed
Hero is UTG ($2000) and raises to $15 w 9 9
UTG+2 ($140) calls $15
SB/Villain (covers) calls $15
BB calls $15 - BB doesn't really factor in a ton but he is a solid player, rec player but a winner in this game

Flop ($60) K T 6

Hero checks, everyone checks behind

Turn ($60) 9

Villain bets $40
BB calls $40
I call $40
UTG+2 raises all-in to $140
Villain raises to $440
BB folds
Hero ???

If I call the pot is $1120 with $600 on the side and I'd have $1545 remaining.

In the moment I'm thinking Villain is just trying to isolate against the short stack and isn't going to have much in his range that is beating me. I don't think he takes this line w QJ, although there is a flush draw on the board. He shouldn't ever show up w KK, I guess he could have TT, not sure he'd 3b it out of the sb in this spot, people don't 3b enough in this game so maybe he doesn't 3b it at all. He could be isolating w combo draw type hands, 2 pair, pair+draw type stuff. I didn't consider folding, trying to decide between call and raise.

Thoughts?

I just call the turn and check fold to most rivers. I think it's a case where only better hands call a jam, and all worse ones fold. You are unlikely to get bluffed off a side pot on the river, with how strong your turn call looks.

Pre: Good
Flop: Good
Turn: I'm raising to 200 first time.

As played, ugh, but we have outs. The two hands we are dogs to (KK, TT), the LAG would presumably raise pre. I call.

I raise the 40. You can be up against 66/KT or worse here a lot that checked to the preflop raiser naturally on the flop, and there are a lot of action killing river cards.

As played, this is a fairly unpleasant situation but this deep you do have good implied odds if you boat up. You haven't shown much strength postflop so it's possible he could still be overplaying a value hand worse than yours, or have a combo draw, with those implied odds I think you can find a call here. You never know it might go check-check on the river once in a while. You'll have to fold river quite a lot.

I raise the $40. As played, call and evaluate.

Call and evaluate river. QJ and 87 both got there. If you are against a straight, you likely get it all if the board pairs. And I'd rhe flush comes in, you may get checked to and lose less money.

If checked to on a non dynamic river, you can also value bet.

You are ahead of 66, KTs, T9s (if that even raises turn). So like 6-8 combos you are ahead of. Then 8 combos of QJs and 87s and 3 combos of TT you lose to.

I think your original flat is fine on the turn facing 2/3 pot 4 ways when you are this insanely deep.

This feels like QJ.

Call turn, hope the board pairs. If not, evaluate river.
