Table is playing 7 handed. And everyone limps to me otb and I limp also with J8hh and ~$300 stack. Sb makes it $14 to go. Everyone calls the $12 as do I which completes the action and I get last action in this decent pot, so I think this call was good. No?
Anyhoo, flop comes out J52. 2 clubs. Sb, bb, utg check. Utg+1 bets $20? Wtf?
All fold to me and I insta-call. All others fold.
Now me and villain are heads up. This guy has been a luck sac all night and has like $1300-1500 can't tell as stacks are all messy. Plus he plays and wins every hand for the last 4 hours.

its ok too see a put multi way on the button with j8s, anyway...you played it righ, bet the river about half the pot, get some value out of your hand. especially after it went check check, you should have the best hand here.

I think you need to bet the turn here. Pretty unlikely that he's limped a king in his hand then donked this flop. His range is like 90% draws or a weaker pair. Get some value on the turn as he's just c/folding blank rivers most likely.
As played I'd bet like 1/3 pot.
