1/2 NLH in Harrah's Cherokee, table is super passive...
8 handed
Hero (UTG+1) (110$ - yeah i'm short stacking because i am now very properly rolled for this game, I think villain senses i'm playing scared money)
MP2 (60$) (very passive woman, 50ish, playing super nitty, scared money as well)
Villain (BTN) (400ish$) (villain has been running it over, i say he's semi competent because he's somehow a winning reg, i saw him do some stupid mistakes, but he definitely knows how to identify scared money and other tells..but i also seen him do some fishy stuff like calling a 20$ raise from an UTG shortstacker from the BB then folding to a cbet)
UTG limps
Hero Q

UTG, I raise to 16$
Villain (BTN) calls
UTG calls

Hero checks
I dont see any merits in cbetting here, amirite?
MP2 checks
Villain tanks then shoves!
My thought process: From his point of view, I am not checking anything that I would call a shove with...MP2 really cant have much that would call a shove coz she's scared money....so he gets us to fold a good % of the time...
Am i over thinking this?
With SPR of 2.5 how do u deal with such a spot? just c/f flop?
