1/2 weird spot with KQ 1/2 weird spot with KQ

I've been sitting at the table 8 hours, pretty tight play for 1/2, both villains are loose/passive.

Effective stack $200

UTG limps
UTG+1 (hero) raises to $12 w/ KQss
Folds to HJ (V1) calls
Bb (V2) calls
UTG folds

($36) Flop Jh8s2c
V2 checks
Hero raises $15
V1 raises $40
V2 flat calls
Hero calls

($156) Turn 10s
V2 leads out $40
Hero calls
V1 announces "$40 more.?.?" and puts out calling chips. Dealer deals the 10h. Floor is called bcuz he wanted to raise to $80 but used bad phrasing. Floor says verbal confirmation is rule and the bet is $80, and to shuffle back the ten and deal a new river.
V2 calls $80
Hero calls $80

($400ish) River 7h
V2 checks
Hero checks
V1 announces all in ($80)
V2 calls
Hero folds

I don't have any specific questions but was wondering how you guys would play this hand. Maybe I should have folded to flop raise? Thanks for any feedback.

I would've folded flop. Flop raise in 1/2 is pretty strong so our overs will probably not be outs. Since we do get the best turn its ok to call OTT but definitely no raise as V1 is very strong and theres no way he's folding for 80 more.

Bet a little more on flop, fold to raise.

As played, on turn, I might have just shoved over the $40.

Definitely folding river
