V2: younger asian dude, taggish reg sitting to my left. Seen him overlimping a good amount of hands. Seems positionally aware as I saw him flat a PF raise with 98o while OTB vs a raise from the SB.
Stacks ~100bb
V1 raises to 10 in the HJ, Hero flats KJs OTB, V2 flats in the SB. 3 way to the flop
Flop: 24K rainbow
V2 checks, V1 checks, Hero bets 20. V1 folds, V2 calls 20
Turn: 6s
V2 checks, Hero checks
River: 9s (completing the bd flush)
V2 checks, Hero ???
This spot had me thinking because I feel like villains range after calling the flop is almost nearly 22,44,AK,KQs,KTs, and maybe TT or JJ and that betting for value is -EV here. Wanted opinions on that + the rest of the hand
Guess I x back otf, underreping ur hand is not bad imo. U will get 2 streets of value often if u x, doubt any hand u beat pays u off three streets anyway.
