no real reads on anyone yet but they all seem like the typical loose passives.

I have $138, limper has $100, others have me covered.

I get AQs on the cutoff. HJ limps, I raise 17, and the button, small blind, and hj call.

Pot is 70 I have 121 left and hj has 88

Flop is 842 rainbow giving me a backdoor fd.

sb and hj check to me.

Do I cbet? if so how much and why or why not?

C/F, too many players in the pot to c-bet a missed the flop. Perhaps you'll get a free turn.

what if the button folded PF.. would you cbet vs 2 others on this flop? if so how much?

I'm pretty sure I usually cbet HU or 3way IP on this flop with almost ATC I raise PF with unless I have certain reads to do otherwise. multiway I don't know what to do

If you have a tight, solid image yes. That flop likely missed them as well and your hand may be ahead, so B/F $35 for value. You may even fold a better hand like A2.
