Game is 1/2 , max buyin $300

Hero ($180) been here at table for almost 4 hours now, has tilty weak tight image right now because got bluffed with 9/5 for the streets 2 hands ago and last hand did a shove $90 JJ pre-flop , got called by kings and spiked a J on river.

Villain - $600 , lost a buyin at start, seemed to be a bad player, but turns out hes a decent reg LAG whos drinking beer and sociable.

5 Limps to Hero in BB, hero bets 15 ( usually 15 is considered ok, 20 is monster at this table ) 2 LAGS call on the right of me, rest folds

Flop:

1066

check, Hero bets 30, villain calls, fold

8

Hero bets 50, villain puts Hero all in, Hero calls

Spoiler:
River 10

Villain shows A6

Hero busts

After 5 limps, 15 from the BB is just too small. Make it 22 pre.

As played bet bigger OTT and call it off.

^ Yup, raise more pre. 22-25.

^ Yup, don't fold now. Calling is fine.

i like your betsizing ott, you really don´t have to protect against much, and you´re short enough to easily gii on the river with only half a potsize left.

Didn't see spoiler.

Bigger raise pre to get rid of all those limpers. Bigger on 4th St. Condolences if you ran into a six or better.

Why is it a bad thing if a pf raise to 20 is a monster at this table?

No, you can't get away on the turn. As others have said, you should have bet bigger.

Next time try including the pot size on each round. Not sure if you just forgot to include that.

Everyone already said the relevant hand analysis.

Would re-consider how you are labeling players "lag". A lag player that plays well at 1/2 is a rare thing indeed. Most of the players you are labeling "lag" are actually just really bad players who throw chips around and are running good that day.

Punish these players by playing tight pf and making big pf raises when they are in the hand. Over time you are going to bleed their chipstacks dry.

Occasionally these donkeys hit a miracle flop (as in this hand) and while frustrating, just be glad they continue to call off pf raises with hands like A6o
