This is live $1-$2 NLHE, ten handed. What do you think of my play here and would you have done it differently?

1. V1 is a mega fish who is super passive and never bets until the river and only bets when he has a monster but always calls massive bets even with air until the turn or river then will give up on a pot and fold to a large bet if he still has air.

2. V2 is a thinking reg who is quite bad. He comes up with fancy plays for bad reasons and usually gets stacked before the end of the night and goes home.

3. Effective stacks, $200.

Hand: Hero is in MP with J J.
V1 calls from UTG.
V2 calls from UTG+2.
Hero raises to $11 from UTG+3.
Folds around to V1 who calls $11.
V2 appears frustrated by Hero who has had cards to raise almost every time V2 has limped, and stares Hero down, then raises to $25 and Hero deduces that V2 doesn't seem to have a very strong hand.
Hero decides to 4bet for value against V1 as V1 almost never folds preflop and Hero knows that if V2 5bets then Hero can fold but if V2 calls then Hero is ahead.
Hero raises to $62.
V1 instacalls.
V2 boggles at V1 for calling even though this is super standard for V1.
V2 tanks and calls.

Flop ($189): T 7 3
V1 checks.
V2 checks.
Hero has $140 behind and pot is $189.
Hero knows V1 will call with any T, any , 98 and sometimes a 7.
Hero also knows that V2 will probably call only with a high or 2 .
Hero shoves.

This is such a weird out of line play by V2. Frustration, then a limp/minraise? LOLZ never heard of that before. A bad thinking player is right.

I think its fine to shove this flop. This is a decent flop for you and the monies is right. Get it in.

I guess this hand all depends on what you feel is v2's 5 betting range. Once u make it 62 ull be getting pretty enticing odds to call if he shoves especially if v1 calls. If you think he'll shove ak, qq+ ur 1.75:1 where ull have to call 138 to win 314 gettin 2.27:1. If v1 doesn't call then we're getting 1.97:1 to call so we again call. If he's only shoving KK+ I'd rather just call.

If I've seen this guy do this light b4, and there are guys who will do this when they get tired of being raised a lot I really like calling and snap calling any flop bet. If you think he's messing around w/a decent hand like KQ, AT, 99, where he might get those in pre I like 4 bet/calling.

Personally I'd go w/my read as strong means weak etc and 4 bet/all in especially if v1 calls ur 4 bet.

OTF you can probably take KK+ out of villain's range unless u think he'd get fps. Most guys even tricky guys will just ship w/the extra guy in the hand. On the flop we lose to QQ, TT for the most part. I like ur flop shove.

I like it. The nice part is even if you're called, V's will have no concept that it had to do with exploiting their tendencies. They'll just think "oh, that makes sense with JJ PF and overpair with no clubs OTF" and leave it at that.
