On the river I would bet $60 for value. The call, call, line looks like a flush draw that missed to me. If raised re-evaluate. (Prob call due to pot odds/committed SPR).

And get called by what exactly?

Agree that the passive line looks like a draw. In which case he'll never call 60. I prefer betting $30 again, or even less. You're more likely to get called by one pair and you could induce a bluff raise from the villain.
