I just recently moved to this table, so I have no reads on the villains.

I'm in the BB with A8o and I check my option and we see a 7 way flop. Flop comes 872xxx and the sb donks like $18 into a $14 pot. Just unsure what our best option is here with 5 people to act behind us.

I have a stack of around $200, donkbetter has around $150, and I am covered by the 2 players behind me.

SB donk with 6 left to act behind is very strong, A8 is probably the bottom of his range, unless he is betting an OSED. With no read and possible action behind I'm mostly just folding here. This is one of those things I might regret later once I have a feel for SB's play but right now the situation is too marginal. Hero has no idea if he is ahead of villain's range or behind, and no matter what hits or if the villain bets, the turn is going to be hard to play.

If I was last to act, I would probably call and see what SB does, but the possible action behind just cements the fold. The chance of somebody having an over pair among 5 villains is fairly high.

I'm going to win a bracelet one of these years. On the last hand at the FT when I have the nuts I'm going to stand up, deliver the "bible passage" in a loud deep voice, and then slam my cards face up on the table.

Should be good for TV ..
