Effective stack size is the btn: $130

I have a pretty tight table image as usual, playing with no one I recognize. Super OMC to my direct right, btn this hand.

Preflop: 4 limpers btn raises to $10, I call in sb with KQ bb calls and utg calls. ($46 in pot)

Flop: QTJ
checks to bb who bets $21, utg & btn call, I ?

Thoughts:
My first mistake was not 3-betting this hand preflop, which I think I should be doing. But ap, with this many calls in front of me I didn't really know what to do. I think folding is too tight and I think if I call I would be calling with hardly any equity. I am getting a ridiculous price to call (about 5.2:1 I think) but idk if that justifies a call.

KQ is crushed pre in this scenario. Villain is also short, further amplifying his range/equity advantage.

AP call, I guess. Shoving is logical based on pot size but illogical based on ranges/board in play.

Play deeper. As played it doesn’t really matter. Shove, call, fold. They’re all probably about the same in the long run vs 3 people

Don’t play short stacked. Don’t flat this from the SB.

Flop play doesn’t really matter.

Calling KQ against super OMC seems suboptimal since most of their raising range is like JJ+/AK/AQ stuff plus if they are getting "frisky" with 99 or A8s they'll fold whenever you have a better pair than them

Flop is kinda crappy because they gotta have something, but you have outs. Not a bad place to run a poker stove.

I agree with this. Obviously not every OMC is the same, and I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "super," but I think you mean the nittiest of the nits. There's a high chance that not hitting the flop loses you $10, and hitting top pair will get you stacked. Having the straight draw too gave you outs to a nuttish hand, but that's a fairly rare flop. I'd probably just fold pre-flop.

To the "don't play shortstacked" comments - the effective stack was defined by the OMC's short stack, not by the OP's stack...

I agree that OP isn't short stacked but some of the value of this hand against OMC comes from making a flush or straight against an overpair or set, which means if we're going to play it, we need to be deeper
