1/2 NL
Hero $480
Villan $180

One limp in early position. Hero raises from mid-late position to $10 with KsQs
Villan calls on Button. BB calls and early limper calls.

Flop: KhQh9c Pot: ~$40

Checks to Hero. Hero bets $30
Villan raises to $90. Folds to Hero. Hero ??

No real reads on Villan. Attractive female in mid 20's. She just joined the table a few hands ago. Fold? Call? Raise?

shove. we're only beat by a few combos of a straight and bottom set, on such a wet board there are a bunch of monster draws our villain could be doing this with, we're definitely getting value from Q9 or K9, and having made this raise she's never folding.

I'm getting it in on this flop. There are two many hands the Villain could have that we crush. worse two pairs, random Kx hands, and draws are all in the villains range. sure J10 or sets show up sometimes in this spot but we got outs against those the times they do show up.

i think this is a pretty straight forward shove since villain only has $180. But how would you play it here if both stacks were ~$750?

Sorry for the thread hijack, but I think this is an interesting spot that should be discussed as well.

Fold, attractive females only raise with the nuts (AA likely in this situation).

As for $750 stacks:

Calling range PF for villain is going to be a lot wider. This would make this spot much more read dependent and there are a lot of turn cards we don't want to see OOP. VS an attractive unknown female, I call flop raise and c/f any heart turn. I also hate calling a $200 bet on the turn for any non-heart turn because it sets up a possible river shove. I'm bad.

This is a pretty easy shove because villan is so short. Calling is not an option because villan only has 80 behind. That leaves folding, which is just awful.

I would fold. The fact that she raised half her stack with 2 others left to act looks pretty nuttish, so we're hoping that she calls with both K9o and Q9o pre and also plays it this aggressively in this situation, both of which aren't guarantees. Best case scenario is we have 45% equity against flopped straights, sets, and 2 pairs. Worst case scenario is 2 pair isn't in her range here and we are up against sets and flopped straights. Without a read on how she plays draws or that she overplays TPTK type hands I would fold.
