ugh, can we make correct calls and folds? When we don't rep strength, and over represent out hand, he things we are weak with a hand such as we actually have.
If we c\c, do we ever cal down a double barrel? If we ever make the call of the double barrel, can we ever call a triple barrel? If draws hit we fold, if draws don't hit we must fold as well...

I am getting more and more why folding KJo OOP is a great way to play the hand!
Also, I'm trying not to be results oriented in my thinking... I'm just trying to understand... I know my results are rare in this case, that most of his range has me beat, the only thing I am glad of is I prevented myself from being bluffed.... BUT, one can always make sure they aren't bluffed by just calling down.... Of course, this is writing the opponent a check... I hate checks; unless they have my name on the big line!

That all depends on your villains, their 3bet calling ranges, and their willingness to stack off. If you've played with villain enough to know he can fold, your image is on the tight side, and you're at least 100 BB deep, you can generally get away with just barreling off blindly and get tons of folds. Without a decent read on villain it gets trickier and you should generally just be 3betting a tighter value range. I would err more on the side of cbetting flops in general.
