You have already seen 3 checks. What kind of hands that would bet this flop that a) didn't 3 bet preflop and b) AA is still ahead? No way someone will semibluff with 97 or 75 and there are no flush draws. So basically, if one of the late position players bets this board, it's likely with a hand that has you beat, which isn't likely at all. You can expect it to check through a lot with this board. No reason to give a free card to 6 players.
Sure, betting out looks strong. But you can still get value from the straight draws, 99-JJ and sometimes top pair. There's $93 in the pot. Go take it. You have to bet at least $65 here. If you take it down, great.
