Villian is mid twenties. Chip stack is neatly stacked. he's clean cut. He has a beer. doesnt appear drunk. Havent seen him play a hand yet.

meh, weird spot without reads. pretty easy fold if you've never seen him bluff/spaz or rush to get a weak hand all-in.

So he's just shoving you all in right? I think it's a call. Nothing really has changed except for making 88 less likely. The board is draw heavy which can mean 2 things: 1) He has a draw and is semi-bluffing because he doesn't want to c/call and have 0 FE or 2) He's got any made hand that he's decided to continue with, and he might as well shove because it's a draw-heavy board and he doesn't want to give you a free card. FWIW I think AA is a clear call here.

I think it's a call. Your SPR OTF says you're committed, you've put in over 1/3 your stack and the turn didn't change anything.

Villain shouldn't have many 8s in his range given that he called your 3bet and cbet OOP. There are many worse hands he could have and it's unlikely he plays trips or a boat this way.

BTW, your flop overbet kind of ties you to the pot, so if you aren't prepared to go with your hand on a pretty safe turn, I'd recommend betting a more "normal" amount OTF.

$60 too big, this hand plays easier if u bet say $45.

There is $75 in the pot on the flop? $60 isn't too bad I guess on the draw heavy board. Live donks (he had beer which usually means they aren't too great in my experience at least) are always reraising AA and almost always reraising KK. He probably has TT,JJ, or some stupid draw. Really don't think you can fold 115 to this non scary turn. If he boated up on turn its pretty unlikely he'd just ship the 125.
