1/2: Losing 3 BuyIns of profit in almost 3 hands 1/2: Losing 3 BuyIns of profit in almost 3 hands

Yesterday I played at my local casino a 1/2 live game. The table was really awesome...a lot of really bad players willing to give you their money. I was quickly up 3 buyins and then i began to run pretty bad and lost most of my profit in almost 3 hands. Hopefully somebody can give me advice on how to handle days like this.

1. Hand: I limped in a family pot on the B 86 and floped the nut-straight on a 457 rainbow. UTG overbets on the flop...I Call, BB calls too. T is another 7 and when checked to me I bet 2/3 of the pot. BB calls and UTG folds. On the R (blank) I valuebet 1/2 Pot and BB checkraises AI. I knew he would only do that with a fullhouse. So i folded and showed him my cards...he was really impressed and showed me his 75o.

2. Hand: I raise in LP with KQs and only the SB calls. I flop top2 on a KQ4r Flop and bet 2/3, SB calls. T is an 8. I bet 2/3 and SB calls. R is another 8 and I check call 1/2 pot only to see he made a fullhouse with K8

3. Hand: I raise in MP with AK and a massive aggrofish on the B 3bets. I 4B small to induce a shove from the fish because he only had 30% of his stack behind. He flatcalls and on a A 85 i put him Allin and the donk shows me 85o!!!!

After those hands the bad run continued and i couldn´t recover.

It might be rigged where you play. I've never lost 3 hands in a row like that man. Wtf

OP, take breaks and rack up if need be.

Variance in live poker can be surreal at times.

when i have days like this i like to go and log on to to various internet message boards and blogging websites that i dont ordinarily use very much and tell random people on the internet about how unlucky i am.

if my phone battery is dead and i cant get on to the internet immediately then i will ask someone at the table if i can borrow their phone to send a message to my mum confirming that i am still alive but instead use it to mass message all their contacts about how everyone sucks out on me and how unlucky i am. after this i will usually leave the casino asap before anyone replies and act like i have no idea what they're talking about it if i ever meet that person and they bring it up again.

i just wanted to post again OP because its so surreal to me that you lost 3 hands in a row. thats literally never happened to me or anyone i know lol. one guy i know lost 2 hands in a row once and he had to go to hospital and get a bandage on his hand because he punched a wall too hard lol. u must be really healthy because i think i would probably just have had a heart attack at the table if i lost 3 in a row.

u came to the right place. my thoughts and prayers are with u in this time of difficulty.

stay strong.

best regards,
papagavin

- Thx Avaritia for a serious answer!

- Timmay28: It has to be rigged...thats why called the police so they can start to investigate on that special rare case

LMFAO I forgot about that.

It's on a messageboard that I actually use frequently, placed in the correct BBV rather than strategy forum, and not thinly disguised as a request for feedback on how to play better though so nice try but no.

Why'd you show the fold in hand 1? You there to impress the other players?
11-12-2016 , 03:26 PM
Aren't we all posting to impress other players?

Of course.

That said, this is BBV. Post it there. Nobody cares you lost three hands in a row.
