1/2 typical live game

EP & MP Limp, hero raises $12 on the button w/ 89hh - sb, bb, EP & MP all call
($60) 6x7xKc - chks to hero who cbets $35, only EP limper calls
($130) 8c -EP leads $75 hero? Hero has about $140 stack - EP covers leads $75 hero calls
($280) 6x - EP jams for $65 effective, hero?

I feel like the major decision point was on the turn but this seems like one of the best rivers for my hand

#2 - sizing for value?

UTG+1 opens to $10, Hero 3b CO w/ JdJh, SB cold calls and UTG+1 calls
($90) Qh4sJs, chks to hero who cbets $45 - both call
($225) Qs - We all started the hand around 125BB's so the pot is bigger than everyone remaining stack now - checks to hero ?

Is a check back for deception appropriate here ? Bet small to induce? The flush came in and also the top card paired which would seem like a bad card for me although my 3b range is fairly tight here.

#1 horrific

#2 you got FH, that's nothing to talk about. Why would check OTT with a $225 pot and an SPR less than 1? ..., Just bet and get it over with ..,

1. As played, call. I would fold the turn to the donk lead unless we have reads to suggest otherwise.

2. I would bet around $75-$100 (half of V remaining stack). Too many river cards kill action.

Fold turn on the first one, when villains donk turn like that they're very very strong most of the time, they are scared of you checking behind and losing value. Fold river as played...

Jam turn, everything they were calling with on the flop pretty much got there or got stronger with that Qs, cept for maybe the 910 straight draw. I mean I guess you can check here in position and jam river, feel like you'll get the same results either way.

H1: I probably over limp a lot if a reasonable raise goes mw often (someone please tell me why I shouldn't) don't know if I'm cool with the iso but we gotta go bigger. Ap i don't want to bet into the world, I want to get to the river. Too many callers to keep fighting for this pot so I check back. Ap fold turn and river.

H2: Bigger 3b and never check turn cuz nothing is folding. $75 now rest on river.

Hand 1:
Preflop: I don't hate the raise to iso, but you're gonna have to iso a bit larger than 12$ (try $15-17). If you limp, that wouldn't be too bad of an idea too because 1/2 games are usually very passive. You also have to take into consideration the stack sizes you are iso-ing. High IO hands need to have more play-ability post flop.

Flop: If it checks around to you in MW pots you can't be betting every single time... you're gonna have to decide between checking and betting. You're gonna need some more info on table image before deciding if its a good bet or not.

Turn: You're just gonna have to fold here honestly.

Hand 2:

Preflop: AP is fine, 30-35$

Flop: 50$

Turn: I don't see a problem with checking turn. You're IP and with your 3bet range you def could have some hands that want showdown value (8x AQ, 6x AA, 6x KK, 2x KQs). I say check/eval river.

#1...how do you figure the 6x as one of the best river cards for you? V likely had two pair/set going to river (or maybe straight). I’d say only 6 outs (10 or 8) at best. As played, call or bet more PF, flop I’m fine with Cbet...K is a card that could represent. Folding turn/river. You are beat.

#2 - That turn card is the best card to come up. Besides QJ and QQ, you are winning any other combos. Anyone with AQ/KQ is hanging around (especially if they hold a spade...imagine they shove if there’s a bet). I’d bet $75 on turn (with intention of shove remaining $100 on river), try to induce a call if someone has As or Ks. I doubt non nut flush hit here (imagine they would have bet it).

No. 1: Fold the turn. Call now.

No. 2: Just shove. They are rarely folding a Q or flush. (Bet more on turn next time and river shove will be even more trivial.)

1. I think turn is closer than everyone is saying. You pretty much get the rest if river is an 8, T, or 5. Is the 8 good? Not sure.

2. Bet smaller to price in straight draws and lone spades. This has the added benefit of inducing a raise vs. Qx and flushes.
