Action PF is missing. Given pot size, there must be more Vs in the hand.
Min raise OTF with nothing but a second NFD is pretty bad, especially if there are other players yet to act other than main V.
AP, obvious turn shove is obv, and if he has AcXc, oh well.

What reads do you have on the villain? What range of hands do you put him on when he leads the turn? And how do you think he'll react to your raise with the various parts of that range?
He probably has a flush, two pair, a set, or AsJx here. Depending on his playing style, your raise might convince him to fold two pair, the set, and AsJx. It might even convince him to fold a tiny flush (though at 1/2, that's pretty rare).

We flopped second nuts.
PF is a mystery.
Raise flop bigger.
Shove turn.

My bad, I somehow misread that as Tc3cJs, and thought we hit OTT. Yes, the flop min-raise is still bad, but now it's because it's too small.
Turn is still an obv shove.

1. Fold pre.
2. Don't min-raise the flop. If you want to raise, then raise.
3. If you call turn and he bets around half pot on the river you'll have an easy shove with like 40 bucks remaining. You have position, and he's betting, everything is going perfectly.
