1/2 I have AQo and get 4-bet jammed on 1/2 I have AQo and get 4-bet jammed on

A week or so ago I was playing $1/$2 live. In this hand, I had AQo in the Lojack. There was an UTG straddle to $5. The player to my right, who seemed like a strong, solid player (raising pre-flop and playing aggressively but not recklessly post-flop) raised to $15. I 3-bet to $50. The action folds back to him, and he 4-bet jams for $182.

Against most $1/$2 players, I am folding here, because they don't have any bluffs. In general, though, even against a player whose 4-bet jam range is probably wider, is this a fold? Is there any merit to calling? My thoughts in hindsight are that I am not getting a good price on a call.

An additional question is this: if this was Button vs. Cutoff instead of LJ vs. +1, would that turn a fold into a call?

Thanks in advance for your feedback!

Yeah, it's a fold, won't really matter if it was button vs CO, with no reads and in a vacuum and at 1/2, these hands are highly nutted hands that dominate us.

You have to call $130 into a pot of $230, so your minimum required equity vs his range is 130/(230+130) = 36%.
Let's give him all AQ, AK, TT+ for his 4bet jams, then the equity of AQo versus that range is 34.4%. So it's a fold.
Probably he's 4betting a bit tighter than that range, so it's even less close than it looks.
For BTN vs CO: In theory you're probably supposed to call off with AQo because opponent should be jamming some weaker stuff like AJs, ATs, KQs. But in practice I probably fold BTN vs CO as well. 4bet ranges are too nutted at 1/2.

If I'm right, we need to call $132 in a $255 pot. It's Pot Odds of 34%.

Vs range like JJ+, AK we have 28% equity.
Spoiler:

Vs range like AA-TT,AKs-AQs, AKo, 50%AJs, 50%KQs we have required 34% equity.
Spoiler:

But with the rake, it's still a fold.

Dude I had this exact same hand happen last night and was going to post it but thought it was too boring for here.

Well almost the same.

Loose pre, fit-or-fold post old man calls 6$ straddle at my 1/3 along with 100 other callers, I open AQo to 50 from BB over everyone, everyone folds except old man who jams for 160ish. I tank fold. 230 out there and 110 to call.

I think its a fold here too. It's like 1.7 to 1 ~ 38% needed? He'd have to have AJ, 88, 99 sometimes to make it a call.
