1/2: 6-handed, about $215 effective with the relevant player here, who is a regular MAWG. (Can’t imagine he’s much of a winner long term).

Preflop:
Two limpers
I open KdQd to $15 on the button
BB calls, others fold

Flop ($36): QsJdTc
BB checks, I bet $20, he calls.

Turn ($76): QsJdTcJh
BB checks, I check back.

River ($76): QsJdTcJhAs
BB checks. I bet small ($40). He jams for $180 total. What’s everyone do here?

This depends on what kind of MAWG he is, and to a certain extent his likely view of you. If he's a MAGWEP, easy call, but if he's LP and is CRAI on this board, you are chopping at best. Absent spewiness/ego reads, this seems like a standard spot for a b/f, imo.

tough spot , could bet turn for like 25-30 but checking is fine

you're getting not the best price , 1 to 1 i think, i think it's a fold bc he might not be jamming the straight enough to make this a call,

40 is over half pot so it's not really a small bet , for him to jam over this is kinda strong, he could be trying to push you off a chop but idk if a lot players are capable of that play so in general i lean towards fold

I fold. Looking at the flop, this is going to be one of those hands where you can get two, but not three streets of value. Based on player description, I can’t see a lot of hands he could have that you get value from. They’d all be ahead of you. AQ, QT, JT, KJ moves ahead of you on the turn, etc. I would probably have bet the turn and checked behind on the river. Having checked the turn, as played, I’d check back in the river. I just can’t see getting thin value. Maybe I’m wrong, though.

That’s my thoughts. Any reasonable hand he could have is ahead of OP’s range. They all would have outdrawn him.

Thanks for the comments. I ended up making the (questionable) call because I convinced myself he was trying to get me off of a chop -- I couldn't imagine that he'd check three streets after making a boat on the turn. Of course he had quads. Perfect river for him or else he would have made the minimum.
