Hero: $~200. Image is Tight, not getting much action on PF raises due to having a very solid TAG to my left ~$1200 stack and 2 very LAG players to my left. Really tightened up my range. However, when one of the LAGs moved, I changed to his seat, getting position on both the TAG and the LAG when this hand occured.
Villian1: $300. Has been pretty loose PF, limping some hands, raising some hands, but flop play has been pretty fit or fold with the occasional plays.
Villian2: $150 Younger kid, just sat down. Looks like came from a blackjack game by the look of the green chips. Sat down with a beer in hand. Looks like in Vegas for a good time.

Hero??
I want to know whether we c-bet this flop or not with a Queen high flush draw. We are semi-bluffing and if called in middle position, I wouldn't know whether to continue on the turn, and even if we hit our flush, we would lose a big chunk to K
or A
A c/f line seems very passive, but I feel like we're just spewing money on a flop like this because I feel a c-bet will get called by at least one of them. Is a c-bet here undeniable?
