1/2 - AKs, 200bb deep, what to do preflop/flop? 1/2 - AKs, 200bb deep, what to do preflop/flop?

SB: 40s-50s male, has been sitting for 20 minutes, no real reads, seems like a normal loose passive 1/2 rec player.

BB: 40s female, 80/15 vpip/pfr, limps junk like Q6o EP all the time. Is sticky postflop, will call down 2-3 streets with a pair/bad kicker. She is a non-believer/showdown bound, pays off river bets often. She has 3bet twice in 2.5 hours to $45 and $40 after standard preflop raises of ~$12. 3bet hands didn't go to showdown.

CO (Hero): late 20s male, been playing TAG, probably seen as aggressive postflop and having a wide preflop raise range due to recent speculative hands that went to showdown.

Stacks:
SB: $140
BB: $430
Hero: $430

5 limps to Hero(CO) with Ad Kd, I raise to $20. BTN folds, SB thinks for a few seconds and calls, BB reraises to $75. SB clearly looks like he will fold when it gets back to him. Everyone folds to me, I elect to call, SB folds.

Flop ($170) Qd 4c 7h

BB bets $40, Hero ???

My main question is how to play AKs here preflop. I think her (BB) range is TT+ AQ+. Calling creates an SPR of 2, seems okay to commit on flops with top pair or flush draws. Folding might be okay here, but it seems really weak. 4 bet shoving seems bad, but I don't know. I folded on the flop to that tiny 1/4 pot bet. Maybe I can call here and reevaluate on the turn, especially diamond turns. If an ace or king comes I have no idea if I'm ahead, common 2 pair cards for her range I think. Thoughts?

Interesting hand.

Pre-flop:
I think you have to either call or fold here. I don't think re-raising makes sense in this scenario. Most life players aren't 3betting light.

Flop:
This is obviously a bad flop for you. She bets $40 into $170ish? I think a call is okay here but I fold to a big turn bet. I think you aren't giving her enough credit here. I don't think its possible she has two pair. Remember that these types of players usually call a lot, but when they show aggression they usually have a good hand. I would put her range pre at TT+ and AK.

If you call on flop, you need to have a plan. In my opinion, she will check turn if she has a hand like TT or JJ. She will be scared of queen. If she barrels turn, then I you've got to fold I think.

Interesting spot.

since she is so loose, i would suspect AKs is well ahead of her range of 88+ AQ+
i 4bet to 205ish and get it in

as played i perceive this tiny bet as weakness and bluff raise to 200ish with my 2 overs and bd straight and flush possibilities. hopefully she folds as she proabalu has 88-JJ. maybe AK
