V1 (220)- 50 yo white male, saw him raise tp2k otf, wide calling range pf, havnt seen him 3bet, relatively straight forward postflop
Hero's Image (280)- 25 yo white male, tag, just squeezed previous hand, cbet into one caller and took it down

Preflop (3):
Hero is LP dealt AA
3 limps, Hero raises to 14, V1 calls BTN, 4 calls.

Flop (80):
J94
Hero bets 30, V1 raises to 100, folds around, Hero shoves, V1 calls.

When I was debating how to react to the raise villain offered to show if I fold.

Bigger PF please. Whatever your standard open is in this game + at least one BB per limper. I prob go $18 at my game.

AP, given SPR and reads, I shove here pretty comfortably. V has AJ, KJ, SDs, and sets in his range, imo. Comment doesn't influence me much, but makes sets less likely, as they are more likely afraid of scaring you off.

Need a little more info on the hand where he raised TP2K. Was it a heads up pot? What was the board texture? How much was the raise to?

In that case I'm happy stacking off AA here.

Preflop raise is small unless table is noticeably tight. I would usually be going $16-$20 here over 3 limpers. In any case, if villain is the sort to raise top pair hands, I'm not folding AA here and calling leaves you entirely pot committed so shoving is fine. Not exactly a happy shove but the multiple calls have made SPR very small and if villain had a set I would expect him to wait to turn to make a move on a fairly dry board.

Opponent plays ABC post; brief history of over-playing TP; comments he "will show", so I think we're more likely behind than ahead. However, with AJ (6 combos), KJ (12 combos), and QQ (6 combos), probably have enough equity to make the call. Deeper, I'd fold.

Yes, higher pre with that many callers, though I recognize it could be a unique hand.

Raise more pre.
Bet more post.

I stack off here pretty comfortably. V as described can have too many hands. I'm guessing he's got us beat given that you already gave the closing action, but I still don't think it can be that bad.

more on flop but i like it, and him offering to show makes it more likely you're good

I'm in agreement with the slightly bigger pre-flop bet as well. I think he raises JJ himself, which makes a set a little less likely. We're looking at (in order of probability): AJ, KJ, J9, 44, 99, QJ, QT, T8, or JJ. Given the SPR ratio, his tendencies, and his offer to show if you fold, I'd be more than happy to call.

I'd raise to $16-18 if it will get one or two callers. At some tables you'll either get 3 or more callers or pick up the blinds depending on your raise, so I think your raise is fine. As played I think you have to shove. This is not a super +ev spot but you beat AJ, KJ, slow played QQ, KK and really only lose to J9, 99, 44

Bet 50 to 55 on flop. There are tons of draws of the flop and you're begging to get outdrawn with a $30 bet

agreed, bigger flop bet.

Your prior read makes this an easy stackoff.

+1

Your c bet is also too small so it's way too hard to know what V is ever raising with here. He could even have QQ in his range if he is straight forward and tight. I am stacking off no problem.
