Villain is a fish who plays way too many hands, calls too much, bluffs too much, and value owns himself often. Consistently guilty of fancy play syndrome as he is aggressive. He knows i'm one of the better players around at this stake yet and he's always trying to outplay me. We have more history at 2/5 then 1/2.

We're about $450 effective here. Two limpers including V on button.

Hero in SB with AA raise to 15.
Only V calls.

HU to K95 Pot 30

Hero cbet 25 and V calls

Turn 8 Pot 80

Hero bets 45 and V raises to 110. Hero calls.

River Q Pot 300

Hero check and V blasts 150.

Thoughts on turn and river? I suppose I can bet slightly bigger on turn. With reads is there any merit to calling river as played? He will have missed draws and occasionally a worse one pair that is spewing. All wonky two pair are in his range as well as straights with 67 and JT now fills in on river.

Thanks

Never folding river vs. described V.

I would bet turn a lot bigger on that wet board, or check it if V can't help himself but turn his hand into a bluff.

Against a lot of tighter Vs, this is a fold.

Not here. Against a maniac who bluffs too much and tries to outplay me, this is an easy call. V is pretty much repping 99, 55, 88, 67 of clubs, or JT of clubs. And V usually raises 99 and 88 on the button. His range is much wider than that, and you're getting 3-1 pot odds.

I think a $45 turn bet is a mistake. Either bet much more (to like $65-75), or check looking to CRAI. Against this opponent, each play is OK. Unless you plan on shoving if V raises the turn. You knew that V would blast the river if you call the turn and check the river. So you have to follow through and call.
