Calling to setmine seems a bit bad cause v2 will have to either be slow playing pre or hit the board fairly hard to even give you much action due to AI. I still like a fold here.

Yea. r/f is absolutely fine... I don't even know why you would want to fold here. In case he's slowplaying doesn't really seem like a valid reason readless.

Or are we super happy if v2 calls and we play a big pot OOP against a possible slow played overpair? And if A K or Q comes on flop are we gonna give up?

I mean if we have JJ here I would be happy to raise, but it's so easy for UTG to have 2 overs against 99.
This is a bit of flawed thinking IMO. He's been AI 4 out of the last 10 and once he showed us J4, it seems like hes just shoving picture cards, there is no reason to assume we are racing for the dead money.

I like Call > Raise > Fold here
I understand where you're coming from, but I disagree that we turn our hand into a bluff, if we get flatted we could be ahead on a flip and he could limp call some lesser pairs as well

one last thing, V2 is unknown, why are we giving him credit to flat/reraise from nothing?

It all depends on V2. He could be calling with ATC literally. Is there a bad beat jackpot where you play? He could have suited connectors.

I had a hand tonight very shortly after I got to the table. I picked up AJo on the button. Villain 1 went all-in for like $22. Villain 2 called him. I thought about raising, thought about calling and thought about folding. I folded. Villain 1 had KJ and Villain 2 had QT.

There is a 22k BBJ at that B&M. Both cards must play which increases the likely hood of pairs and suited connectors.

This is V2 dependent. Has he been one of the ones getting the bad end of V1's all in's? It looks like he is calling light and would probably raise to isolate V1's allin, to get heads up. He's probably annoyed, being on V1's left.

He really could have ATC, lots of JQ, KT, Ax type of hands. I thing a reraise to $65/fold is best here to likely remove V2 and get HU VS V1.
