1/2 3 way all in, did I play this right? 1/2 3 way all in, did I play this right?

I have been sitting at the table about 2 hours.

Stacks:
Villain 1 115
Villain 2 120
Hero 250

I have no real reads on Villain 1, just sat down 3 hands ago and Villain 2 has a very wide range at showdown, likes to chase and seems very fishy.

I have 36.

There are two limpers and I limp OTB. Folds to the BB, Villain 1 in the BB makes it 11, one fold, Villain 2 calls in MP and I call.

Pot:36
Flop:
258

Check, Villain 2 bets 25, (Hero?) I call. Villain 1 check raises all in, Villain 2 doesn't think very long and goes all in. (Hero?) I think and call both all ins.

Did I play this hand right?

I wouldn't limp the button, then I wouldn't call the raise either.

As played, I would call the first $25, thinking I have quite a few outs. When V1 check raises, and v2 almost insta calls, I just get out of the way because I don't even know if my flush draws are going to be good. You are beat by anything at this point, and are not even drawing to a good flush. Only thing you LOVE to see is your gutshot come in. One of the 4's can complete someone elses flush, getting rid of even more of your outs (assuming 1 of these 2 guys could have a flush draw).

Summary: Fold preflop, both chances.

Should have folded at all times you called lol. The only place it's debatable is preflop first time around, I would probably raise at most tables but that's just my style.

I'm all for seeing cheap flops in position, but I'm thinking this is too loose; stacks are smallish (cutting down our implied odds), there's only two limpers (we'd probably like more to have more chance of stacking someone if we hit bingo), and our hand is a little too sucky for my liking. I fold the first time around. A really easy fold the second time around; we can't be putting in ~10% of our stack preflop with this hand cuz it simply ain't going to hit enough / get paid off enough to make up for the price we're paying here.

I shove the flop. I think we have good FE with these stack sizes and if we're called we've got decent equity (flush draw + gutshot) in this raised pot.

As played, I also call. If no one has a bigger flush draw then we're sucking up far more than our fair share of the equity.
