Villain is a really drunk guy to my left, he's ok when he's sober but not good really. I play with him often I'm seen as agro, he's raised every time I limped and called every time I raise.

I have 80 in front of me having lost a pot, villain has me covered.

He straddles for 3, baddish/tight player beside him calls folded to me in BB and
I make it 15 with QQ. I make it big cause I know drunk guy will call.

Flop is 893 with two clubs, pot is 33, I make it 25 leaving 50 behind.
Drunk thinks for a min and calls. Am I shoving any turn?

I don't see how you check or fold an overpair given the lack of aggression from v. You have 40 bb. Just get it in.

This is ubber standard here,

you've got like 20bb left, pot is greater than your stack remaining and you have an overpair

what else is there for you to do????

doesn't matter what the turn card is, you have to shove whatever you've got left...

making it $15 with a $3 straddle is not a "big" raise its a normal raise, or even below normal depending on how the game has been playing. 15 is my standard raise size in 1/2, and this is 1/1/3

you have QQ 27 eff BBs deep, this hand plays itself.
