1-1 double straddled pot w/bottom 2.

We're playing in a 1-1 cash game after our home game tourney. Some guys didn't know what a straddled pot was and so we were showing them how fun it could be.
We're playing 6 handed Villain is one of the more aggressive players at our home game and we've gotten it heads up a couple of times in our monthly tourney.
Effective stacks are around 80. We're 6 handed.
Hero straddles for 2, Villain straddles for 4, fold, fold, SB calls, BB calls, Hero calls with 5
7, Villain checks. Pot 16.

SB checks, BB checks, Hero checks, Villain checks. (I thought for sure Villain was going to bet it)
Turn: 9
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets 8, Villain quickly calls, SB folds, BB folds. Pot 32
River: A
Hero bets 10, Villain raises to 30 almost beating me into the pot, Hero ???
Final board:
5, K, 7, 9, A
Pot: 58
To Call: 20
Villain has about 40 dollars behind I have about 65.
Call? Fold? Jam it in his face?
Fold pre? Lead Flop? More OTT? C/C River instead?
Since I can't play online any more this is the 1 time a month that I can play so I feel really rusty. We don't normally play NLH cash after the tourney, we normally play weird fun games like Pass 3, Iron Cross, Screw your Neighbor and the like.
