The main villian (BB) in this hand is loose pre flop, I have no history with him. Based on the limited sample of hands, he wasn't passive preflop with premium hands big aces, mid pairs, etc. MP+1 and HJ were loose and neutral. MP+1 was a bit prone to slow play.
In this game, I've noticed alot of players like to raise their draws. Particularly draws with an extra dimension ... a OESD with a back door flush, sometimes a gutshot with a backdoor flush.
On the flop, when MP+1 bets out, I feel that I need to raise for hand protection with a potential straight on the board. He could have a pair, a straight draw, anything. I'd imagine a pot size raise in this spot is about right? When I was three bet, I snap shoved. In this spot, do you think I'm ever getting check raised three bet by hands as low as 75, 72, over pairs or an OESD? I'm obviously crushing him if he has a draw, 75, or 72 (76% equity), and crushed if he has 77 or 55 (5% equity). The BB's line is pretty damn strong bet-pot sized raise- check raise 3 bet.
Thx,
Steve
