$1,000 Bankroll for 1/2 NL. How much should I buy In?
Min 100-500 max
Want to limit my losses to 200, so do I buy in for 100, if I bust than rebuy, or 200, or 300 etc, and don't fall under a certain point.

I'd recommend buying in for $100 and playing a tight short stack game. I'd also consider leaving if I doubled up, at least until I got my bankroll a bit bigger. Any way you could get a side job or add some money from your main job? I'd feel a lot more comfortable if I had $2000.

how easily can you replenish your bankroll if you run bad? I mean, the more you can add to your roll from your paycheck each week, the easier it is to buy in for a proper amount. You want to be able to buy in for at least 200.
That said, if you are playing with money that you really can't afford to lose, you absolutely cannot play your best poker. I can't stress this enough. You might be the best player at the table, and still lose consistently because you can't pull the trigger on moves that you know are right. I'm not even talking about big, high variance moves. You will find yourself limping when you should be raising or folding preflop with hands like AT. These little miscues add up and you won't even realize your doing it until it's too late.
Took me a long time to learn this. I used to go down to the casino any time I had a couple hundred dollars to play with, and I wondered why I kept bleeding it away, when I felt like I should be crushing donks.

Really depends on your game and how well can you take busting.
I'd select my tables carefully, play my best game (well prepared, well rested, in a good mood) and buy-in for the max.
But to do this you've got to be good (objectivly) be familiar with live game and be good at playing deepstack. If not, I'd sticxk with 50 BB hit'n'run, till I get more confident/bigger roll.

Depends on loads of factors. Take it to the bankroll thread.
