So this hand went down at a local home game, FWIW the game was played 9 handed with maybe 6 bad(ish) players and a few that are pretty solid. We had been playing for around a hour or two and had seen some pretty lol plays with a few fish quickly busting 50bb and re-buying for around the same amount.

I have played ton's of live poker with around 6 or 7 of the players (including the villain in the hand too) FWIW i think my image is pretty good since I'm viewed as pretty a aggro/spewy preflop game but overall a solid player post flop.

Villian in this hand is a pretty bad player (who thinks he is super good) but doesn't realize how many leaks he has. He seems to love to do some really dumb **** with premium hands (Flatting in a multi way pots with AA/KK etc.) as well as doing some crazy stuff pre flop with ATC's.

On to the hand:

I'm UTG and look down at 1010 and make it 4x BB

Folds around to villian in the C/O and he calls pretty quickly. SB folds.. BB calls.

Flop: 2 6 7 (rainbow)

I check after contemplating C/Betting however i decided to C/R (mainly because how frequently villain seems to C/bet into every pot) BB is pretty terrible, This is the first time playing with him and he seems to never check when he flops any piece of the flop. (I would imagine if i had some PT stats on him he would have a 100% VPIP from the SB/BB.... so yeah he could have literally ATC's) so I'm really not to bothered about him.

BB checks instantly... I check, Villain bets £6 (BB folds) .. I then make it £24.

Villain now thinks for around 30 seconds and calls.

A few Questions:

1)How do you think the hand went down so far?
2)What do you think of villains bet (less than half pot) on the flop?
3)Opinions on my C/R bet size? Should i be making it bigger? If so how much?
4)What kind of hand range do we expect villain to show up with here?
4)How do we optimally play the rest of the hand?
