UTG $40 (nit)
UTG+1 $35 (maniac)
MP $100 (TAG, capable of random plays/holdings, generally plays straight forward)
MP+1 (Hero) $100 (TAG)
HJ $45 (Fish)
CO $40 (Loose, passive)
BTN $70 (TAG)
SB $45 (LAG)
BB $35 (nit)

Ok, so the game was winding down. Last hand of the night.

UTG+1 was stuck I think $100. He's wealthy, so money is no issue to him. 2 hands ago, he was on $8, open shoved pre with 7c5c, then last hand open shoved with 10 5o to double up again.

Hand in question:

Hero is MP+1 with TT

UTG folds, UTG+1 raised to $12

(he wanted to open shove, but HJ (host) said "are you serious?", so he made it $12

MP call, Hero???

Obv UTG+1 could have literally anything
MP would have Axs+, A9o+, 22-JJ, could probably include 89s-KQs

Do i just fold and call it a night? I was up $60.

Do I call?

Do I 3b? If so, how much?

I like to make a 3 bet b/c the MP could be light b/c he knows the UTG+1 could have anything. I also would like to find out where I'm at as soon as possible. If MP has a bigger pair, you will lose less money the quicker you find out. If you smooth call and the flop comes 9 high, you still might be behind and not know for sure. I say either fold or 3 bet. I wouldn't personally fold unless i was def not wanting to tangle with MP player.

At first I really wanted to raise and call a shove from UTG+1, or just raise enough for him to be all in. But the more I think about it, the more I want to fold it right here. Flatting is pretty terrible unless you want to set mine (which you don't have the odds to do, I would say) and if you double villain's open or 3-bet him all in, if someone behind you calls or 4-bets, you can hardly feel good about your hand. Do you think MP is likely to be slowplaying a big hand by flatting and hoping someone raises?

If no, my best guess is that the right thing to do is to 3-bet enough to put UTG+1 all in and fold to a 4-bet. If yes, fold right now.

Biggest hand MP could have here to be "slowplaying" is AK. He always 3b's QQ+ himself.

I know he hates JJ, so he wouldn't 3b that, and any lower PP.

In that case, my standard play is to just move all in. I don't know if that's the most profitable move, but I feel pretty good about scooping UTG+1's cash, and unless someone behind you wakes up with a hand, it's smooth sailing. Seeing a flop with such a weird table dynamic is just terrible, even in what will likely be late position.

This ^^^ would be standard. If your stack sizes are rounded, and UTG+1 actually has at least $36, to mix it up, you might min-raise. Then when UTG+1 shoves it re-opens the betting, and you can overshove once MP flats. Only do this if you're pretty sure of the UTG+1's shove and the house is good enough to make the right ruling, though.
