No you can't fold because he can have all lower sets and 2 pair combos.

However, most ranges apart from mpethy's one in the thread are a million miles moved from reality. So many lol things.

A2, 67 and 62 have you beat and, from the description of this villain, they all seem to be all within his calling range PF in the BB. Most villains don't slow play on this board with two pair or sets but I guess it's possible. I would discount it though. Reraising OTT would be an overplay IMO. From your description, he sounds pretty passive so I doubt he is doing this with something like A5. I also doubt that he would take this line with two pair or sets since the board is pretty wet and he would probably raise the flop to "protect his hand". Therefore, I would call and try to fill up. If I don't and he bets big or shoves, I would fold OTR.
