ALSO - wondering if you guys think its better to 3b AK here as a squeeze or call and keep rec player in, or a mixture of both. Sometimes, if I just 3b within the last few hands I feel like I need to flat some of these hands but am more inclined to 3b AK suited. Wondering if that makes sense how often you 3b this spot.

So put is $690 and V has $350 behind. I don't think we're getting a chop to fold often. He may have said he would have folded to the shove but top trips with top kicker on this run out when the pot is this large should be tough to get away from. He could have us beat some too. I could imagine JJ taking this line or even a larger boat trying to be fancy and induce. We are chopping some but I'd be weary of targeting 3 combos here, that's a laser read. Need more reads for me to want to bet here. His bluffs can't call and his AK likely wont fold. So we are targeting one combo of KTs and risking getting called by a boat. Check back seems best.

I also prefer a 3 bet pre. When it gets back to short stack the pot will be larger than his remaining stack even if TAG EP folds and he's likely to call / jam anyway.

I’d 3b to $55 pre so that if shorty shoves for $100 it reopens you. Don’t love the flat pre. OTF I like the flat. OTT I don’t like the flat. Would raise AI. OTR I can’t see checking back. Have to raise. Though don’t love it if called.
