LIVE CASH game.
$1/$2 NL
V1 is TAG. Small stack.
V2 is TAG. Big stack.
Hero is medium stack.
Hero gets KJo in MP
V1 PF raise to $13
Hero calls. So does V2.
Pot $39
Flop = 3c 7c Qh
Checks to Hero, who also checks.
Should I have bet here?
Turn = 3c 7c Qh Ks
Checks to Hero, who bets $20
V1 and V2 both fold.

Do you actually have KcJc? If so, then yes, bet the flop.

To be honest, this hand history is a mess.
Do you have a suited or off suit hand? What suit are they?
How much do you have in your stack? What is medium stacked? 100bb, 75bb, 50bb?
There is a good chance that the call pre flop was pretty bad also.

Sorry, yes, I had KcJc giving me a flush draw.
Playing at a small timer table, early when most stacks are the initial buy in.
Deep stack = 150bb
Big stack = 100bb
Medium stack = 50-75bb
Small stack = 25bb

Couple thoughts:
-Preflop, a TAG with ~$50 bets $13. You're in middle position. This is a standard raise-or-fold scenario unless you're intentionally targeting a deep-stacked fish behind you.
Calling with KJcc here is generally a big leak because (1) you'll usually have to fold to a flop c-bet and (2) your hand is easily dominated by most of a TAG's raising range. Against such a short stack, it's particularly bad because you have no opportunity to bluff him off the best hand (even an unpaired ace-high).
That said, plenty of 1/2 tables include a few awful players who will call $13 with k9o/J8o/kxs and then have trouble folding top pair bad kicker. I'm fine with the preflop call if there are a couple $200 stacks behind you who will call down light when you hit.
-On the flop, yeah, bet $25. PF raiser probably is check-folding. If he's check-raising for ~$12 more, you're happy to call with great odds. Betting here gives V2 the opportunity to fold his middle pocket pairs. That's straight profit for you. And if either player calls, you still have good pot equity/plenty of likely outs.
