Somewhat juicy Live 2-3 bb game 9 handed and hero has effective stack ($600) in this particular hand.

Utg straddles
Utg+2 raise to $26
Ljack calls $26
Hero (cutoff) calls $26 with kq
All others fold

Flop J:10:6

Initial raiser bets $115
LoJack raises to $300

What do I do here with a with $600 stack 200bb? Both other players have about 250bbs. Ill post runout soon.

My bad, only reads on villains in one hour are both appear to be Laggish neither is nittish

3bet or fold pre obvi. KQo is garbage.

KQo can be a pretty decent squeeze hand depending on the raiser and caller. Calling sucks though. If they're mediocre lags then the squeeze is fine.

Now you can just fold flop.

I would probably fold unless I had better reads on the preflop raiser.
other option 3-bet to $110 and fold to 4 bet.

Snap fold. Probably drawing vs 2p/set and an NFD, both of which will beat you if they get there. 0 fold equity as well.

Thanks for the responses. So I ended up folding fairly quickly. Action back to initial raiser who ships all in and villain 2 instacalls $400 more.

Turn: 9
River:9:

Utg+2 AJ
Villain 2: JQ

Pretty sick action and pretty sick that I still win with that river. All else I can say is that villain 2 had just come back to from the blackjack table and lost the previous hand.

Results are meaningless. You had the least playable of the three hands preflop and no playability postflop besides a spewy gamble. That’s how the resident whale would play it while cashing out 3k tonight before losing 10k over his next 5 sessions.

KQo is a hand you almost never want to be calling a raise with. There are exceptions but 3bet or fold is a good way to treat that particular hand.

Thanks I appreciate the advice. Might try to treat kqo as either a 3bet or fold for a few sessions and see what happens.

Ignoring preflop, flop is a trivial fold.

Fold pre. As played, fold flop. Easy game.
