Haha, I will say this was not my best poker moment, but it made me realize 2 things: 1) I am worse than I think I am...still. 2) I should 3bet AA OOP.

FWIW, I was much more interested in the mathematics behind the different lines we can take.

3bet pre always here. You haven't given enough reads that would make flatting clearly the better play (for example if villain were a maniac but folded to any aggression then flatting pre and taking a passive post flop line is optimal). 3bet pre to $28 to $30 if you're that concerned about losing him

If stacks were shallower, like 75bb or less, a flat can easily be optimal to keep in villains entire range and conceal our range as we will have a very low SPR and can stack off of any flop basically comfortably and still often get action from a ton worse
