hey guys.. i was playing 2/2 live recently when the following spot came up.
we are 200 bb deep
villain is a guy who usually plays 5/5, dont really know how often though.
he opens in highjack for 12 cutoff calls, button calls. i pick up XX in the bb and 3 bet to 70 (thoughts on sizing appreciated). villain thinks for some time and jams all in to 400 everyone folds to me.
What hands do we call here and in villains spot, what hands should we shove against a tighter player, what hands vs a LAG?
Thanks for any input!

As a default, probably QQ+ and AKs. If V is particularly tight I would probably only call KK and AA. If V was regularly repopping our 3 bets from the blinds then I'd obviously adjust accordingly based on frequency, but not too much wider.

In theory QQ-AKs. In practice at most 1/2-2/5 games I play at I'm only calling here with KK-AA for 200 bigs.

Agree with the others above me. At these levels a jam pre that's not a shorty almost always means he/she is nutted. KK, AA, mayyyybeee AKs if you have some history to fall back on.
