live situation game 2 3 blinds 200 max buy in, been crushing the game, had made a pretty great couple of calls for quite a few hundred dollar pots, here are a couple of important hands

first hand was 10 9 4 two diamonds and a spade,

i have 10 8 of spades, ace of spades on the turn, bet flop bet turn, call call from a tough reg

river comes a diamond i check he overbets 65 into like 130 pot. i tank get the clock called on me, get a read on the player and call he has a busted straight draw king 10 with king of diamonds, so he was making a play for it on the river.

another interesting hand i have that is relative to the main hand leading into, i have A7 in early position in an unraised pot,

board is A 7 8 i lead out am called , 8 comes on turn, worst card ever.
i bet, called again. pretty much ready to shut down here, 5 comes on river i bet though, he comes over the top all in. i tank and get a read again and call he had 6 5. this is relative to the main hand as its against the same player.

ok main hand im not sure on...

i have 6s early position i raise 2 callers.

board comes A 8 4, two hearts.

i lead out pretty heavy i get called by same player as previous hand, putting him on a flush draw at this point. im representing some strength ive shown down really well and people are scared of me.

turn comes a king with no new flush draw

im putting him on a flush draw so im pretty sure im good im just planning on checking it down hopefully no heart comes.

river comes a 6 for my set

i lead out 75 he reraises me 250 all in. this was the guy who shoved on the a 7 8 flop in previous hand. a reg that was pretty tilted and liable to jam pretty light. i really didnt know what to do here figured the only hand im behind to here, that made sense, was 7 5 of hearts.

wrong section, this is supposed to be poker theory. You should move this post to the live poker section

Nice soul read that he didn't have an ace there when he called you on the flop. And then to narrow his range to only 5-7 hearts... wow. What a quandary you have; of course it was a difficult laydown, but what else could he have? I mean, the whole table is scared of you and he is raising?

i was first to act, wouldnt he raise king 10.

live play is different, people try and take down pots cause its not 10% of ur stack like online its 20-30%. anyways no king 10 wasnt a worry for me, live they never seem to have the same hand with better kicker, or not as often. i was obviously worried about the flush
