Villain: Indian guy, plays tournaments, pretty tight opening range and pretty much l/c and l/f SC, broadways, small PP. pretty weak player IMO and will play straight forward. ~$265
Hero: Young, mid 20s, wearing polo shirt and khaki shorts. playing aggressively isoing limpers in position very often and winning most pots without showdown. villain asked if my name was ____ when he sat down because one of the dealers said i was a good player, i denied and looked as confused as possible and said my name was not ____. i have played with villain maybe twice, not too too sure if he remembers me but i look like a standard young guy overly aggressive player. ~$600
hero dealt AKo in CO. 2 limps, villain makes it $13 in MP, couple folds, hero raises to $45 total, all fold to villain who snap calls and basically beats the folders into the pot.
basically i put villain on 99+ and AQ+ here. I am taking AA/KK pretty much out of his range here because of his snap call and the fact that hes pretty much always 4b jamming or whatever here and i have blockers
flop
3
3
7
($90 after drop)
villain checks, hero checks
with villains range being alot of PP i feel like with stack sizes its going to be hard for me to barrel him off of his PP if he will even fold. if he has aq/ak then im winning/chopping and can take it on another street. i feel he will play straight forward and not lead turn without overpair/hitting his pair
turn
8
($90)
villain checks, hero checks
same thought process as flop
river
A
($90)
villain leads for $55, hero???
so im not going to say what i did or even my thought process here i will see what you guys have to say first then put my thoughts in there. thanks
