So I had a few hands against the same opponent that I think I may have played wrongly based on my lines and also based on my image. I've only been at the table for 30 min or so when it comes to these hands. Villain is a 50 to 60 year old man is the only info.
First hand:
Hero 300$ 1/3 live just sat down no reads.
Hero 33 in HJ. 1 limper, hero limps, sb limp, bb check.
Flop 3s5s9c. Checks to hero, hero bets 7$, bb raise to 25$, hero?
Second hand:
Couple hands after same villain raises pre to 16$, hero 3bet with AK, he calls. End up hitting the K. At the end we chop since we both have AK.
Given these 2 hands. At this point although I haven't been at the table long I'm thinking this villain doesnt think I'm trying to bully him and when I raise I have a hand. So I want to try to play this to my advantage which is why I played it this way this time also because of other reasons which I'll explain later.
Last hand:
Hero with 99 in LJ. Villain is eff stack with 350$~.
Folds to mp who raises to 16$, hero calls, rest fold.
Flop 9c6c3s. Villain bets 25$, hero?
Try to avoid spoiler before giving advice please.
