Weekly small home game tourny

I have been playing in a weekly home game with one or two tables tournament for a few months. $25 buy in with unlimited rebuys during first 5 levels. all players for the exception of a couple are just playing for fun and have an excuse to drink some beer.
Starting stack is 10k with 10 min blinds
50-100
75-150
100-200
100-200 again
150-300
400/800
500/1k
1500/3k
2k/4k
The tournament goes quick and I would like to know what is the best strategy to use as far how loosely or aggressive to play.
I won the first five tournaments by playing super tight and aggressive only when I have premium hands but by doing that I may find my self playing all my chips in one hand if I don't catch cards until further into the tournament when blinds are high.
You can not attempt many bluffs or fancier plays as the audience doesn't understand them and there fore I stick to premium hands.
Lately I widened my opening range and added some suited connector, small As, K10, Q9, J8 etc but haven't had much luck as if I raise 3x I still get 2-3 callers and if I just call preflop we'll have a big family pot.
Any suggestions or idea on how to maximize profits in this game?

I don't think that you have the right forum.
Though with the structure that you have given. This is in essence a super-hyper-turbo. In 90mins the your starting stack will be 2bb. At a live game that could easily be only 40 hands. I say stick with your super-tight play and hope to get lucky. Obviously your opponents are super-bad or you are on a huge heater to win 5 in a row. Probably a combo of both actually.
