So I play at a game with lots of gamblers, stations, limpers, high pfr's and callers regardless of price pre flop, also a lot of mostly hit or fold players. My strategy has just been to play a tighter TAG style, balancing my range more from late position (hope that makes sense), and being the aggressor as much as possible. Have some very strong reads on players styles. Patience is the key and I'm averaging about +0.7 of a 100BB buyin each session.
However I want to eventually move up to higher stakes, presumably tougher games, I feel like if I implement everything taught in the likes AONLH I wouldn't be getting max ev from my current game, but it may help to get used to the playing style of less fishy games.

Unless your average session is 10 hours long, you're beating the game about as well as you can.

Only thing I'd stop doing is trying to balance your range. With those opponents, you don't need to do so.

Sure. I average about 6 hours a session.

How deep are the stacks? If stacks are short there is nothing else to do. With medium stacks you can look for situations where you are in LP and there are few fit/fold limpers, limp in yourself with weak hands that can hit the flop (mostly two gappers). Aim for value when you do hit the flop hard and steal some when everybody misses. With deep stacks and stations already in you can also call more raises with a wider range in LP and fish for really good flops. But really those are both small +EV and to make it profitable you have to be good enough to play weak top pair and middle pair hands profitably in multiway pots. With big pre flop raises and multiple callers the main profits will come from straight value.

I'm with V. Based on what you've posted, it actually looks like you're *crushing* the game as is.
