Hero utg+1 Aheart:Adiamond: I've been playing pretty snug for a couple hours. Up and down 50-70. Tight table. Raise 15, my standard open for 0-1 limpers. ~300

V utg+2 MAWG tight. Playing well, had some cards, no big mistakes. Up to ~650.

All else fold.

Flop ~30 6heart:6spade:7spade:
H bets 20, V calls
Here, this could be any overpair, 2 overs (esp. spades) or draw, although I would discount straight draws

Turn ~70 Kclub:
H chks? I thought the king may have hit him and I could look scared by slowing down. V bets 45.

River ~160 Aspade:
Whoops not really the ideal card. If he didn't hit a flush or maaybe AK, I'm not sure what he call or bet here. However, I really don't think I shoud check again and have him chk back or set his small price for a flush. What would you bet here or have done differently along the way?

I don't hate this.

What hands do you expect him to call with that he won't bet? Almost none. What hands do you expect him to bet with that won't call a bet? A bunch.

Shove, what's the difference? - No matter what you bet if he's not a hand he's not gonna call any. He may have a 6 for trip and he may call you, else what you got to lose?
