Typical 1/2 table with lots of limping and raises going multiway often

Hero (300) young 20s player playing very tight preflop but raising and following through with aggression when I do enter a pot

Villain covers and has been aggro in position raising limpers and aggro post. Played 45s to a raise flopped trips with a55 and fired 3 bets in posish vs 2 oppnts. Seems like only other decent player at table. Has been playing for at least last 3 hours with hero so probably aware I'm pretty tight

Feels like preflop is a fold in utg + 1, agree this is the big problem with the hand?

does he have 88,77? only hands that make sense.

kind of a sick spot but with your description are we ever good here? Can he doing this with KQ KJ as well? I doubt he has K7 or something.

As sick as this sounds I think we need to dump this. If someone can give a good enough reason to call then I would open to hear it.

Preflop is situational, the question is does a reasonable raise get you heads up with worse hands? If a raise big enough to get you heads up probably only gets called by better hands, then KQo is better folded in EP.

Turn is an ugly situation. You describe villain as aggressive, has he been making bluff/semi-bluff raises? Could he be raising with a worse king? If so then you need to call here some of the time. Mostly though you can fold on turn.
