V1 covers
V2 500
Hero 740

Reads
V1 - MAWG,Plays pretty straight forward, does call pretty wide preflop, is also capable of making some big plays with decent equity but in general ABC player,

V2 - MABW calling station, will only bet when she has a very strong hand, rarely bluffs, cant really let go of hands unless facing a lot of aggression or big bets, rarely thinks about what the other player has and more interested in what she has compared too the board. Little Bit tilted for the last hour or so making some strange plays

Hero - MAWG seen as a LAG but in general plays TAG poker, been playing a lot tighter over the last few days but I really doubt that V1-V2 notices. Hero has played over 1000 hours with the other 2 players and is know to be able to put players to the test with big bets.

The hand
Hero UTG raises to 20 with JT
V1 in MP calls
BTN and SB calls
V2 in BB calls

FLOP T53:
V2 checks
Hero bets 65
V1 calls
Folds to BB
BB calls

Hero ????

I was not 100% sure what to be doing here, I think that in general I am only ever getting 2 street of value here, But given who called I am in a pretty tough spot.
I want to get value from V2 but the issue is V1; should I be better for value here or betting to get them to fold???

Preflop JT is just about the bottom of my opening range So I dont feel that is too much of issue and flop Cbet is the normal size I would do for my entire range IF was too Cbet ( again I dont really know If the villain are paying attention to the sizing)

I know that after V2 called the flop that she will be calling most decent size bets IF she has Flush Draws she is rarely folding, If she was on straight draw the same deal. I have seen her peel very light before (eg just 2 naked Overs IF she think there is value there) and this the the person I am really targeting in the hand

The main issue is that V1 called my bet of the flop in general I would range him a lot stronger than V2( range would be Tx,Flush draws I would expect him to 3bet me pre with JJ+ so I would discount them a lot and expect a raise on the flop if he had some funky 2 pair/set here as he would in be afraid of the people chasing and get value from V2.
IF he has Tx he is going to be ahead most of the time as only real Tx I am beating is T8 and maybe T7/T6
I feel that If I checked I would be missing some value from V2 but also checking giving the other 2 that chance of a free card to catch up.
IF hero checks on the turn he could sense that weakness (hero's got AK/missed etc) and be betting with worst but also be betting for value against V2 as he knows what she is like.
What is the best Line to take here or is there just no optimal play here???

I think I like betting large here, pot is like 275 so betting maybe 250. Two good things could happen, either we could be winning, or we can sandwich V1 between us and V2 and make life very uncomfortable for him if he has something like KT.

Note, I'm assuming here that this guy who plays ABC is capable of laying down top pair here. If not, opt for the conservative play, which is to check and then fold if V1 bets. He's unlikely to bet into two players with a worse hand than JT, occasionally we will fold the best hand, but mostly he has us beat if he bets.

I think your flop sizing is a little big if you're making the same bet with all your c-bets. I like closer to half pot.

As played, this is one of those grit your teeth and bet situations I think. It's likely you have the best hand still and they are drawing to a lot of outs to beat you.

I agree a big bet is right here. Something around $200.
